As a Certified Probate Expert (CPE), Sylvester Wojtowicz focuses on dealing with the complexities involved in selling the inherited property during the transition process.  Sylvester believes in working from a foundation of empathy and service and proceeding at a pace that is best for the family during this time of transition. His goal is always to maximize the value of the estate and ensure a quick sale with minimal complications.

Sylvester has actively participated in building his own investment portfolio since 2002. Being flexible to the current market conditions, he is able to assist investors to apply buy/re-sell and positive cash flow strategies in the most efficient matter. Sylvester was born in Poland. At a young age his family moved to the US and he was raised in the Midwest and graduated with a degree in business with an emphasis in marketing. WOJO has done extremely well by following 3 simple principles taught by his father at an early age: “Do what you say you’re going to do, master your trade and work twice as hard as your competition”.

By providing top-notch service for his clients, most of Sylvester’s business comes in by referral. Knowing two languages (Polish, English) has helped him to carve out a niche market that flourished from one referral to another.
